SMS Terms and Conditions
These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text-message (SMS) program operated by EASYPROPLUS LLC (“EasyPro Plus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number to EASYPROPLUS LLC and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
EASYPROPLUS LLC sends transactional SMS messages to clients and end users of professional service offices that use the EasyPro Plus platform. The SMS program is used to support service delivery and account-related activity, not for general advertising. Messages you may receive include:
- Payment links
- Intake links
- Appointment reminders
- Document reminders
- Payment confirmations
- Case or service status notifications
2. How You Opt In
You opt in to the SMS program by providing your mobile phone number to EASYPROPLUS LLC (or to a professional service office that uses our platform) and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages, for example by checking an opt-in box on a web form, signing an intake document that includes SMS consent, or replying to a confirmation request. We retain a record of the date, method, and scope of your consent.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your activity, the status of your matter, and the workflow of the professional service office serving you. You may receive multiple messages per week during active periods (for example, while documents are pending or a payment is due), and fewer messages at other times.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send to and receive from EASYPROPLUS LLC. EasyPro Plus is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred. If you have questions about your messaging plan or carrier fees, please contact your mobile carrier.
5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS messages from EASYPROPLUS LLC at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and will not send you any additional SMS messages, unless you opt in again. If you want to resume messages, you may reply START or sign up again through the original opt-in method.

For help with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at support@easyproplus.com. We will respond with information about the program, how to opt out, and how to contact support.
7. Supported Carriers
The EASYPROPLUS LLC SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages depends on the effective transmission from your carrier, which is outside our control.
8. Privacy & SMS Data Sharing
Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to opt in to receive SMS messages from EASYPROPLUS LLC. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll that number.
10. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by message where appropriate. Your continued participation in the SMS program after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
